Terms & Conditions

          Model will pay a booking fee of $50 and 20% of their payment as a NON-refundable deposit to hold their requested photoshoot date. The remaining balance MUST be paid no less than two days prier to the photoshoot. Deposits are made digitally through a Square link that will be sent to you with your invoice. If hair &/or Make-Up is needed, an additional $50 NON-refundable deposit is required and must be paid with booking deposit. Shoots canceled less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund of payment. Any permanent damage to a dress caused by the model, will be covered by the model with a $200 payment.

          Must be 18+ to book, models under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Model must have a driver's license or ID with them the day of the shoot. Models will receive a link containing the images within 1 week, after their shoot to choose edits. The link will only be available for a week to download all photos contained & to choose your selected edits. If the model does not select their photos for editing and return the photo numbers within a week of receiving the link, LVFD will choose them. All unedited images will be discarded after 2 months. Model must notify LVFD if extras such as prints or additional edited photos are requested. All edited photographs from this shoot can be used by both parties for portfolio work and can not be sold in part or in whole.
          Las Vegas Flying Dress as a company or individuals working for/with LVFD are NOT reliable for any injuries that may occur the day of the photoshoot.

All models that tag @LasVegasFlyingDresses on social media OR send an experience review will receive 1 Free additional edit. {limit one}.

~* NOTE: LVFD will NOT alter your body to make you look different then you are.
      (ie: Tan, Excess body weight, Hair/eye color.)
